Arcana I
Characters that talk back
Every card is a character with a voice, a memory and a growing attachment to you. Open a chat and they answer in their own register — the swordsman is curt, the trickster will not give you a straight answer, and both remember what you told them last week.
Affinity climbs as you talk, unlocking new sides of a character, private scenarios and generated portraits of the two of you. Group chats put several of your cards in one room, where they argue with each other as readily as with you.

Arcana II
Battles with real stakes
Cards carry stats, elements and abilities, and a deck of eight is a real construction problem: elements counter each other, abilities chain, and the same card behaves differently beside different neighbours.
Take a deck into ranked player-versus-player, campaign bosses with phase changes, the Abyss run, or a guild war fought over a hex map. Losing costs you nothing but rating; winning moves you up a ladder that resets every season.

Arcana III
An economy players run
Every card can be listed, bought, or traded directly with another player. Prices are set by the people holding the cards, and the whole sale history is public, so a rare card has a market value you can actually read.
Buy orders sit waiting for a seller, price history flags outliers, and direct trades pass through an escrow window that makes a scam impossible rather than merely punishable. Coins earned in game are the only currency involved.

Cards the community made
The Workshop takes submissions: your character, your art, your description. Other players vote, and the entries that clear the bar are added to the live game for everyone to pull.
A card that ships carries its creator's badge permanently, and its author earns from the packs it appears in. It is the one part of the collection that did not come from us.

Questions people ask
Is Arcanum free to play?
Yes. Collecting, chatting and battling are free, and every card in the game can be obtained without paying. Packs and cosmetics are optional.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Arcanum runs inside Telegram and in any browser. There is nothing to download and no separate account to create.
What can I actually do with a card?
Talk to it, level it up, put it in a battle deck, show it on your profile, trade it with another player, or sell it on the marketplace. A card is a character, an asset and a game piece at the same time.
What does it mean that cards talk back?
Every character has a personality, a memory of your past conversations and an affinity level that grows as you talk. Conversations are generated, so they are different every time, and higher affinity unlocks scenarios and images.
How many rarities are there?
Seven: common, uncommon, rare, epic, legendary, mythic and chromatic. The top two are deliberately scarce and are what the marketplace is mostly built around.
Can I sell cards for real money?
No. The marketplace runs on in-game coins only. There is no cash-out, and coins have no value outside the game.
Are trades safe?
Yes. The game itself holds both sides of every deal. Marketplace sales settle instantly server-side, and direct trades pass through a freeze window, so neither side can take the goods and disappear.
How do I sign in from a browser?
Use the Telegram button, or open Arcanum in Telegram, go to Settings, then Account Access, and paste the personal token it shows you.
Can I play on more than one device?
Yes. Your collection lives with your Telegram account, so any phone, tablet or browser picks up exactly where you left off.
What languages does the game support?
English, Russian and Chinese, including card names and descriptions. You can switch at any time without losing progress.
What is a guild for?
Guilds pool cards and coins to level up shared perks, run cooperative raids, and fight other guilds over territory in a season-long war.
Can I get my own card into the game?
Yes. Submit a character and art to the Workshop. Other players vote, and entries that clear the bar are added to the live game with your creator badge on them.
Is there an age limit?
The chat features are for adults and ask you to confirm your age once before you can use them. Collecting and battling are not gated.
How do I delete my account?
Ask in the support chat linked from the bot; the account and its data are removed, with no waiting period.
