Terms

A plain-language summary of the terms you agree to by playing and paying. The Russian public offer is the binding document.

Updated September 3, 2026

This page is a summary, not a contract. It is here so you can read the terms in a language you actually have. The binding document is the Russian public offer at /oferta, it is governed by Russian law, and where this page and the offer disagree, the offer wins.

Who you are dealing with

Arcanum is operated by a self-employed individual registered in Russia: Бойцов Николай Андреевич, taxpayer number 615512949749. Contact is arcanum@lua.cx, and the service itself lives at t.me/arcanum_robot.

The full set of details, including the registered phone number, is at the end of the offer.

Your account

Your Telegram account is your game account. One person, one account — accounts operated as farms for another account can be linked, restricted or blocked, and the offer reserves the right to refuse to deal with a buyer acting in bad faith.

The browser access token generated in Settings is a credential equivalent to a password. Anything done with it counts as done by you, so keep it to yourself and regenerate it if it leaks.

What you can buy

Gems, premium time, season passes, bundles and individual shop items, paid for either with Telegram Stars or in roubles through Robokassa.

Prices are always taken from the live catalogue on the server at the moment of purchase, never from what a client sends, so a stale or edited invoice cannot buy something at yesterday's price. Rouble prices are derived from the Stars price rather than stored separately, which is what keeps the two from drifting apart.

Providers sometimes deliver the same confirmation twice. Every purchase is recorded under its charge identifier and a repeat delivery is recognised and ignored, so a redelivered callback cannot charge or grant twice. If you believe you were charged twice, the support chat is the place to raise it and the record is there to check.

What you actually own

Everything you buy is a right to use something inside Arcanum. Cards, currencies and cosmetics are entries in the game's database, not property outside it.

That has three consequences worth stating plainly.

  • Coins and gems have no value outside the game. There is no cash-out, no conversion to money, and the marketplace runs on in-game coins only.
  • The marketplace is a game system, not a payment system. Selling a card to another player moves coins, never money.
  • A live service changes. Cards get rebalanced, rates get retuned, features open and close. Announcements go to the official channel.

Refunds

Purchases of digital goods are handled under Russian consumer law, which the offer names explicitly: the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Protection Act of 7 February 1992, and the government rules of 31 December 2020. A return is honoured where the goods were not used, their properties are intact, and there is proof of purchase from us.

In practice: raise it in the support chat, from the account that paid, with the invoice or the date. Payments made through Telegram Stars can also be raised with Telegram, and payments in roubles are visible in Robokassa's own records.

Fair play

The game is a shared economy, and a few things break it for everyone else. Automating play, exploiting a bug rather than reporting it, buying or selling accounts, and running networks of accounts to funnel value into one of them can all cost you the account.

Enforcement is done by hand. Suspicion is surfaced automatically, but nothing is linked, restricted or banned without a person deciding to, every decision is logged, and every decision can be reversed.

Changes, language and disputes

The offer can be amended or withdrawn at any time, and the current version is always the one published. Continuing to play after a change means accepting it.

The contract language is Russian. Disputes are settled under Russian law, and the offer requires the parties to attempt a settlement before going to court — so the first step is always the support chat or arcanum@lua.cx.
